Selimli Syýahat was started in 2018 by three friends who refused to put forty travellers on a bus. Eight years on, we still don't.
We work with private 4×4s, groups of two to eight, and stay at family-owned guesthouses across Turkmenistan — from Ashgabat's marble avenues to the burning rim of Darvaza.
Our guides are historians, photographers, drivers — most have walked these routes for over a decade. They speak the languages of the people we visit. They know which village makes the best plov, and which canyon is empty at sunrise.
